Pastor

The Pastor will act as chief Elder and Shepherd of the flock, and will serve as general overseer in charge of the local church.

Elders

The Pastor being the chief Elder will initially appoint elders, who in turn will appoint other elders as appropriate. Elders will establish financial policies.

Deacon/Deaconess

A Deacon/Deaconess is a servant who is dedicated to caring for the physical needs of the church. They will serve in those specific areas most befitting their gender.
